Warranty and returns
Buying at an outlet does not mean giving up the warranty. This is how it works in our shop.
New and open-box products
The 3-year legal warranty, like in any shop. An opened box does not reduce it.
Ex-display and refurbished products
Every product page states its warranty. At least 1 year in every case.
If something fails
Bring it to the shop with the receipt or message us on WhatsApp with your order number: we check it and repair it, replace it or refund you.
Online-shop purchases
You have 14 days to return it, no questions asked, in the condition you received it.
In-store purchases
You see it and try it before taking it home. If you still change your mind, you have 14 days to exchange it for another product or a voucher.
